More Pictures from Epstein's Property Disclosed by Democratic Party US Legislators

Property plans for the financier's personal tropical island featured within the released materials.

Also featured in this recent photograph disclosure is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.

Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

The released images suggest he had created development schemes to develop the sprawling island by building homes, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a reservoir.

Marked on the drawing is a channel, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the lower right-hand corner.

The architectural drawing is covered in notations in red and features a notes section identifying various areas of the land.

Alongside the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine site drawings and engineering blueprints, such as designs for dock shelters.

Additional materials made public as part of the continuing investigative process.
